Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy

Egality Health, a product of Insource Ai Inc.

This policy is provided under Washington's My Health My Data Act, RCW 19.373, and Nevada Senate Bill 370, NRS 603A.400 et seq. It is separate from our general Privacy Policy and describes only our handling of consumer health data.

It applies to all Egality Health users. We do not limit these protections to residents of Washington and Nevada.

Insource Ai Inc. is the regulated entity responsible for the practices described here.

1. CATEGORIES OF CONSUMER HEALTH DATA WE COLLECT, AND WHY

Reproductive and sexual health information, such as menstrual cycle dates and characteristics, ovulation and fertility indicators, contraception use, pregnancy status, and sexual activity you choose to record. We use it to display your history, calculate cycle phases and predictions, and generate the summaries and insights you request.

Symptoms and physical condition, such as symptoms, pain, mood, sleep, energy, body measurements, and vital signs you enter or connect. We use it to display trends over time and generate the summaries and insights you request.

Medications and supplements, including medications, dosages, supplements, and adherence you record. We use it to display your records and provide reminders you configure.

Health conditions and history, including diagnoses, procedures, allergies, family history, and notes you enter. We use it to provide context for the records and insights you request.

Health documents, including lab results, clinical notes, images, and other files you upload. We use them to store and display them for you, and to generate summaries you request.

Health data from connected devices and services, meaning the data categories you authorize when you connect a wearable or health platform. We use it to incorporate that data into your records and the insights you request.

Data we derive or infer, including cycle phase estimates, predicted dates, symptom patterns, trends, risk indicators, and summaries generated from the above, including by artificial intelligence. We use it to provide the analysis and insights that are the purpose of the Service.

Information that identifies you as seeking health services, meaning your account and use of Egality Health itself, and your subscription to it. We use it to operate your account and process payment.

We collect and use consumer health data only to provide the Service you have asked for, to secure it, and to comply with law. We do not use consumer health data for advertising, marketing, or profiling, and we do not use it to train artificial intelligence models.

2. CATEGORIES OF SOURCES

  • You, when you enter, upload, or record information in the Service.
  • Devices and third-party health services you choose to connect, and only the data categories you authorize at the time of connection.
  • Our own systems, which derive and infer health data from the information above, including through artificial intelligence processing.

We do not purchase consumer health data, and we do not obtain it from data brokers, advertising networks, or public sources.

3. CATEGORIES OF CONSUMER HEALTH DATA WE SHARE

We do not share consumer health data.

We do not sell it, disclose it to advertising networks or data brokers, or make it available to any third party for that party's own purposes.

We do disclose consumer health data to the processors listed in Section 4, which act only on our documented instructions under binding written contracts, solely to provide the Service to you and consistent with the purpose for which you provided the data.

If we ever propose to share consumer health data, we will request your separate opt-in consent first. You are never required to consent, and declining will not restrict your access to the Service.

4. THIRD PARTIES AND AFFILIATES

4.1 Affiliates

Insource Ai Inc. has no affiliates or subsidiaries with access to consumer health data.

4.2 Processors that may receive consumer health data

Anthropic PBC, in the United States, is our artificial intelligence provider. It receives the content you submit to AI features, which may include consumer health data.

Google LLC, in the United States, provides cloud database and application hosting. It receives all consumer health data you record, encrypted at rest.

Vercel Inc., in the United States, provides web application hosting and delivery. It receives consumer health data in transit while you use the Service.

4.3 Processors that do not receive consumer health data

Armitage Labs OU, trading as Creem, is our merchant of record and payment processor. It receives your name, email address, billing details, and the fact of your subscription. It does not receive the health data you record.

Resend, Inc. provides transactional email delivery. It receives your email address and the content of service emails we send you. We do not include health data in email.

4.4 Legal process

We may disclose consumer health data if compelled by valid legal process. We require a subpoena, court order, or warrant appropriate to the information sought, we object to overbroad or deficient requests, and unless legally prohibited we notify you first.

We will not voluntarily disclose reproductive or sexual health data to law enforcement or to any private party, and we will challenge such requests where we have grounds to do so.

5. HOW YOU EXERCISE YOUR RIGHTS

You have the following rights regarding your consumer health data. There is no charge, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising them.

  • Confirm and access whether we collect, share, or sell your consumer health data. Exercise in Settings, then Privacy, then My Health Data, or by emailing privacy@egalityhealth.com.
  • Withdraw consent to our collection of your consumer health data. Exercise in Settings, then Privacy, then Withdraw Consent.
  • Withdraw consent to artificial intelligence processing. Exercise in Settings, then Privacy, then AI Features.
  • Delete your consumer health data. Exercise in Settings, then Privacy, then Delete Health Data, or by emailing privacy@egalityhealth.com.

Deletion. When you request deletion, we delete your consumer health data from our active systems and notify every processor listed in Section 4.2 to do the same. Deletion is applied to our records immediately, and to routine backups within 90 days.

Response time. We confirm receipt promptly and respond within 45 days.

Appeals. If we decline a request, you may appeal by emailing privacy@egalityhealth.com with "Health Data Appeal" in the subject line. If we deny your appeal, you may contact the Washington Attorney General at www.atg.wa.gov/file-complaint or the Nevada Attorney General.

6. SALE OF CONSUMER HEALTH DATA

We do not sell consumer health data, and we have never sold it.

We would not do so without first obtaining your signed, written authorization, separate from any other consent, containing the disclosures required by RCW 19.373.110.

8. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

If we change how we collect, use, or disclose consumer health data, we will update this policy and obtain your affirmative consent before the change applies to data we hold about you. Prior versions are archived and available on request.
